RETAINER FEE: (Payable in Advance) Covers first 4 hours-------------------- $600.00

Does not include written report.

Additional fee per hour for more technically complex cases ------------------------ $150.00

The fee covers technical investigations and laboratory work. Certain lab fees

may be extra, but will be discussed in advance.

WRITTEN REPORTS: (Payable in advance) per hour-----------------------------$150.00

WEEKEND OR RUSH JOB: (Payable in advance, extra per day)---------------- $150.00

CANCELLATION FEE:

Prior to work commencing ------------------------------------------------------- $300.00

PHOTOGRAPHIC SERVICE:

DEPOSITIONS AND COURT APPEARANCE: (Payable in advance)

Half day minimum --------------------------------------------------------------- $600.00

Full day ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- $1200.00

Stand by charge ------------------------------------------------------------------- $300/day

This charge must be paid in advance to reserve the day exclusively for your

trial or deposition. It is NON-REFUNDABLE, but may be applied to court

appearance fee for THAT DAY ONLY.

TRAVEL EXPENSES: -------------------------------------------------------------------$75.00/hr

Travel and all expenses are to be paid by client in advance. Actual expenses of airline travel, lodging, and car rental, plus $75.00/day for meals/incidentals. Car mileage at $.50 per mile.

Bills are due when services are rendered, except for those fees payable in advance. Please remit upon receipt of invoice. Balances over 30 days will be subject 1 1/2% interest per month. In the event it becomes necessary to refer any unpaid bills to an attorney for collection then the client agrees to be responsible for all costs to said reference including court costs, private process and attorney’s fees.
